Register.it participates in the XXXIX annual assembly of ANCI, the National Association of Italian Municipalities, to present the project “Digital Entities” with the ranking of Italian municipalities by digital maturity.
THE'ANCI Annual Assembly is the traditional annual meeting of the Association that involves Mayors, administrators and representatives of the institutional and business world in a focus of dialogue on the main topics of interest for the Municipalities.
The theme of the 2022 edition is “The Voice of the Country. The Word to Our Communities”, a “three-day” event organized in Bergamo on November 22, 23 and 24 in which the future of the country and the modernization of our cities were discussed starting from the needs of local communities.

Digital Entities – The Digital Maturity Index of Italian Municipalities
Promoted by Register.it , Prokalos and DataDrivers Enti Digitali, it is a project aimed at evaluating the level of digital maturity of Italian municipal administrations based on the IMD value (Digital Maturity Index).
On the website it is possible to view and compare the level of Digital Maturity (IMD) of the 7,904 Italian municipalities researched.
A sophisticated dashboard allows you to view the ranking of municipalities by digital maturity.

You can select a province or a municipality to immediately see the ranking position of the selected municipality and the overall digital maturity score obtained.
Based on various Open Data sources, the Digital Maturity Index (DMI) is a synthetic indicator that elaborates about 40 elementary metrics on a municipal basis considering 4 macro-areas: Public Services, Infrastructures, Citizens and Businesses.
The application allows searches by category and the search results can be filtered, compared, isolated and also displayed in the form of geographical heat maps.
