I agreed to the terms of the company whose manager

Post by likhon450@ »

In October, I received a call from a manager at a company that develops loyalty systems for businesses. He explained how they work and answered many of the questions I had: how to track statistics and whether they have a referral system.

I liked the systems this company was implementing because they were laos telegram mobile phone number list making electronic cards instead of plastic or paper cards. I saw it work in a coffee shop that was not far from our pizzeria. Instead of taking out a card that was easy to lose or forget, customers scanned the electronic cards from their phones and got cashback for every purchase.

called me and signed a contract in November. From that moment on, the difficulties began.

I waited three weeks for help from the service, and in the end I was able to set up a loyalty program in an hour and a half.
In order for customers to receive bonuses, it was necessary to set up a loyalty program in the personal account. The company offered me to do this for 25,000 ₽ together with their manager. But I decided not to overpay and to launch everything myself. For this, I asked for instructions.

The company didn't have a single knowledge base that I could use to fully set up the loyalty system myself. Instead, they started sending me PDF files that didn't answer all my questions, like how to make sure points were awarded on birthdays. I brought them to support, and they sent me new files. In the end, I asked to schedule an online meeting where they would explain everything to me.

But no one from the company showed up for the meeting. The service employee apologized, said he had mixed up the time, and offered a new date. The second time I managed to call a specialist, but there was constant noise in the background. It felt like the manager was in a large room where everyone was trying to shout each other down. I had to constantly ask again, which was very inconvenient, and in the end I cancelled the meeting.
