It takes some effort to collect a list of contacts (subscribers). In no case should you use ready-made databases, especially those purchased from someone. They must understand that they will receive advertising not only from the company they contacted, but also from its partners.

The main reasons for such clean contacts are:

Legislative requirements. In the Russian Federation, Europe and the USA, the legislative framework has long been finalized. Without the explicit consent of the user, it is forbidden to send him advertising messages. It is easy to run into fines .
Audience interest. If the client has subscribed to your mailings on their own, the risk of messages being marked as spam will be minimal (of course, if you do everything right). And the better your mailings are, the more loyal mail services and spam filters will be to you. Good authority (reputation) is earned over the years.
When you subscribe, you can immediately segment your audience.
