The results of the 2021 Ukrainian CRM Integrators Rating have been announced

On December 15, the Ringostat platform announced the winners of the Ukrainian CRM Integrators Rating. The contractors were evaluated by both representatives of the digital community and 23 jury members. In total, there were 114 agencies on the list of participants.

The rating was created to help Ukrainian companies understand the automation market and find those who can qualitatively implement CRM in their business.

The jury members included sales managers, business developers, marketing directors, uk rcs data IT directors, auditors, business analysts, and CRM analysts from leading Ukrainian companies who already had experience implementing amoCRM or Bitrix24 with an integrator.

The list of TOP-10 integrators was formed as follows.

1st place: ITUA (Information Technologies of Ukraine)


ITUA, which won this year, was in third place in last year's Ukrainian CRM Integrators Rating. Last year's leader, "Customer Factory", is now in second place. The breakthrough to the top three was made by Profi CRM-UA, which took thirteenth place in the Rating in 2020.
