Facebook? Twitter? Which country uses which platform?
Do you use Facebook to stay in touch with your friends and acquaintances? Do you tweet so that your followers are always up to date? Or do you regularly write articles in your own blog ? Social media is no longer used only by a certain group.
More and more users are active on the various platforms and connected to each other across the globe. Mashable has now published an interesting infographic that shows how some countries use social networks.
According to the graph, the United Kingdom has the largest share of internet users at 82.5%. Australia comes in second place with 80.1%. Germany and Japan follow in third and fourth place with 79.1 and 78.4 percent respectively. The USA has the highest population density with 310,232,863 people, but a lower share of internet users at 77.3%.
But what about the use of social networks? In the countries we looked belarus phone data at more closely, Facebook is still the most popular. With the exception of Japan and Brazil, users use Facebook the most, at over 50% - in Germany, the figure is 54.31%. In second place in Germany, with 13.16%, is Google's blog platform Blogger . The online community Classmates comes in third, with 11.41%. In contrast to the United Kingdom, the USA, Japan, Brazil, Australia, and Spain, Twitter does not seem to be as popular in Germany - yet. It will be interesting to see how the use of social media, including Google Plus , will develop in the future.
