When they COMMENT, you need to REPLY to their comment.
When they ask questions in PM, you have to answer their questions.
Treat your fans like you already know them. Ask them what problems they are facing and what solutions they are looking for. If you can help them, tell them how you can help.

Don't just ask, are you interested in buying your product? Later they will become rude and dislike you! Finally, they cancel their intention to buy your product.
