The text of the commercial proposal must meet the following criteria:

Clarity and comprehensibility . The data in the CP should be presented clearly and intelligibly. Do not use complex speech patterns and write in a language that is understandable to clients.

Laconicism . Clients are interested in short but informative commercial offers. Describe the main characteristics of the product/service, but do not go into the smallest details.

Focus on benefits . Explain the benefits of the product/service and what the customer benefits from.

Structure of the K P. Its parts: introduction, main text and conclusion with contact information.

The letter is the first point of interaction between the company and the client. It should interest, briefly describe the offer and encourage cooperation with the company. The purpose of such a commercial proposal is to convince a potential buyer to send a request to the company, call the manager. The transaction is formalized by a cold commercial proposal at subsequent stages of interaction.
