Factor 2. Reflection of the unique selling proposition (USP)
It should include:

key benefits of the product/service;

Factor 3. Quality visual elements
These include images and videos.

They should be high-quality, visually reinforcing your USP, and enhancing the perception of the text.

However, these elements should not distract from the main purpose of the page.

visibility and accessibility of the element: the call to action (cta) should be noticeable and easy to find.

These include:

certificates and awards confirming the quality and reliability of your offer.
