I would like to share with you real-life kuwait phone number search cases of using artificial intelligence in such a large, complex and sometimes bureaucratic bank as ours. Many of you have probably faced similar challenges in working with corporate structures, so I hope this experience will inspire you to make your own changes. If Oschadbank managed to do it, then, without a doubt, you can too.
Today I'll present two cases: the first one is about marketing and social media, and the second one is about contact center work. Let's talk about how we implemented it and what results we got.
I think many of you are wondering: what else is artificial intelligence when the basis of banking is branches? We are constantly working on the development and improvement of our services in various areas. Oschadbank is today a leader in the car lending and mortgage lending market, and our acquiring serves brands such as H&M, Turkish Airlines and McDonald's. This is something that cannot be simply bought - it is the result of our hard work and high level of service.
Of course, we still have a lot of work to do. Yes, we have some problems with customer service and queues at branches, and we admit it. I’m not saying that we are an invincible “tank”. But for now, I want to share with you the story of how the implementation of artificial intelligence has changed our approach to business and interaction with customers. I hope these examples will change your perception of the Oschadbank brand.
