This is something that cannot be simply bought - it is the result of our hard work and high level of service.
Of course, we still have a lot of work to do. Yes, we have some problems with customer service and queues at branches, and we admit it. I’m not saying that we are an invincible “tank”. But for now, I want to share with you the story of how the implementation of artificial intelligence has changed our approach to business and interaction with customers.
