Without joy and fun in the matter, I can't really do anything - then I won't be able to take action. The joy in the process, the joy in doing something, is just as important as the joy in the success of my work or the success of my customers. Joy is the intrinsic motivator that makes me do things that I actually find totally annoying. I try to convey joy and fun in my colors and in the use of mascot Olly.
I get a lot of joy from helping my customers - and I want you to feel joy too. Joy comes especially when something works out, when you do something with ease. I enjoy making all the "marketing stuff" easy for you.
Without helpfulness as a value, I would not have called my first company Rat & Tat Marketing and without helpfulness as a value, I would have designed the Marketing Magic Circle completely differently. Helpfulness rounds off my set of values. When I can help someone, I am in my element.
