Use of technical information in the text of the script

Post by prisilabr03 »

To separate the various equivalent options, divide them with the stripes of blue text. In the script, this may look like this:

Good afternoon!

Option 1:
Connect with the director, please.

Option 2:

Option 3:
Who can I talk to about cooperation with your company?

If you switch:
Tell his Name of patronymic, please.

In this case, the voice simulator will expect from the trained sandplay therapy pronunciation of the accompanying text (if present) and one of the options located between the stripes of blue.

Why is this needed:
When compiling a script, situations often arise when you need to give some kind of prompting instructions for the operator. Usually they are prescribed in the speech module, using a different formatting for this text. So that the voice simulator does not expect the pronunciation of these phrases from the manager, you have the opportunity to separate them from the main text.

How to connect:
Highlight the text that the manager does not need to pronounce, and apply to it a different color from the formatting palette, different from gray black or green. From now on, the voice simulator will not require the pronunciation of this text during training.
