Many writers are like the people of Israel: they go around in circles.
Especially with podcasts, I experience more and more often that the speakers don't think about the structure of the episode.
Even when it comes to articles, many people just write “whatever comes to mind”.
The result?

Outlining.
Sounds banal, but it will significantly increase your typing speed.
Just define two things: the beginning and the end.
The connection of these points then happens almost automatically. Almost magically.
If these two points are clear for an article, then you can easily write 1,000 words per hour.
But if you don't have these two points, then you will wander across the blank page like the people of Israel - until your last nerve dies.
