The following steps are intended to help you find a structured way to start writing blog articles.
Understand your readers. Internalize the questions and problems of your ideal customers and put yourself in their shoes.
What information behavior do your ideal customers or buyer office 365 database personas have? Ask yourself what topics and challenges your buyer persona is dealing with.
Then decide on one of these topics and determine a working title. This helps to structure your thoughts and to approach research more specifically. You can also formulate the final title later.
Once you have collected enough information on this topic, start writing: A condensed intro that attracts attention and informs the reader what to expect is a good start. However, you can also start with the main part and only then write the introduction and a summary conclusion. Sometimes this order is easier.
