Clear DNS cache
If none of the above solutions worked, you may need to flush the DNS cache or reset the IP.
If nothing else works and you are using Windows, try changing the default DNS server:
Go to Network Connections in Control Panel.
Select View network connections, choose your current connection and right-click on it.
In Properties, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
Enable the Use the following DNS server addresses option and manually assign an alternate DNS server address.
