So second thing, you can vary We all have basic needs. We have a need for exercise, we need to be creative, we have social needs and we need to rest. So rest; social needs, so being with people; being creative, so creating things, and moving, exercising. These are human needs. So you need to do a little bit of it every day, again with the kaizen spirit.

This doesn't mean you have to go to the gym for 2 hours a day, spend an hour a day with people, create for 3 hours and rest the rest of the time. No, you have to have a harmony between these activities and do a little bit of each every day, quite simply.

You see very well then, and it's quite easy to understand, that if you string together good days, you'll have a good life. If you string together bad days and tell yourself "ah, I'll have a good life later", well you'll never have it, because the opposite is true, a good life is an accumulation of good days, but a bad life is also an accumulation of bad days. So don't tell yourself: "Now, I'm having bad days, but later I'll have a good life", because by doing that, you'll never have it, you'll always have a bad life and that's of course not what we want. I absolutely don't wish that on you.

But chance and these events in life that are difficult and can make us sad should not govern our lives. It should not be these events that make us have a good life or not. We must work with the kaizen spirit, little by little; have good habits, good habits to be healthy, so exercise; be creative, I love writing for myself and for Français Authentique; have social activities, I have them with my family as a priority and with a few friends, a few very very good friends, and of course, we must rest, relax and sleep well.
