Hi! Thanks for joining me for this new episode of “Walking with Johan”. I’m really glad you’re joining me for this personal development episode. You saw it in the title, we’re going to talk about our “inner war”. You’ll see what it’s about in a moment.
Before that, I wanted to remind you that the openings at the Authentic French Academy were currently closed but were going to open again on July 3. You hear me talk a lot about this Authentic French Academy project because it is clearly the priority project of Authentic French, it is really the part of Authentic French on which we apply the most effort, my team and I.
It's always a pleasure to meet new members. Many have been following me for a very long time on the podcast "Marcher avec Johan". It's always a pleasure to meet you in these Zoom meetings that I host. People can ask me all their questions about personal development or others. It's always a great moment for me.
So, there is a link in the description, it is greece whatsapp number data . You can already join the waiting list to be informed of the next openings. It will be on July 3rd. Registrations are closed 90% of the year. It will be a pleasure to meet you there.
Today's personal development topic is very important. When I understood it... It took me a long time to understand it. You'll see that it's relatively simple to explain, relatively simple to hear. On the other hand, to understand it, to understand in the sense of being able to apply it, well, it takes a little time. But when I understood it, a lot of the emotions that I feel were explained, really. I really understood a lot of my emotional reactions. And when you understand your emotions, it's much easier to act on them. It's hard to solve a problem that you don't think you have or that you haven't yet understood.
That's why I really invite you to take the time to meditate with me on this phenomenon that we're going to see together. And it's very simple, as I told you, it's to understand that in us, in each of us, there are two different parts that are in conflict and that want different things. That's why the title of the episode is "Our Inner War."
This is something you may have felt before, an inner conflict, that is, you want something and at the same time you don't want it or you are attracted to something but you know it's not right or you shouldn't. So, it's a kind of battle inside ourselves.
This title "inner war" in fact, I borrow it from Martin Luther King. Very famous, I think, no need to introduce him. But he said that an inner civil war or that there was a civil war that was taking place within us, a civil war takes place within us. A war, you know what it is, it's when two camps or several camps, several groups, confront each other, fight. Well, exactly the same thing happens inside us, in our heads.
