Adjust additional power settings
Incorrect power settings can prevent the system from entering or exiting sleep mode correctly. Adjusting power settings allows you to customize when the system goes to sleep and how it wakes up, preventing conflicts that can cause the problem.

Select the power plan you are currently using and click Change plan settings.
Next, click "Change advanced power settings."
