Tracking the progress of my deals,” writes Karrie C

I like the contact management that keeps track of all interactions. Email tracking and automation. I like that I can see when prospects open my emails and what links they clicked. . , a sales rep at a small telecommunications company, about HubSpot Sales Hub.

The test run
Testing HubSpot was a mixed experience. The setup process was easy, and the integration with Gmail was solid. I liked that I could update and use the CRM directly from my inbox, which made it easier to manage my sales pipeline. The live email and calendar sync was especially helpful, ensuring all my communications were captured without any extra steps.

However, I found that HubSpot’s Gmail ecuador whatsapp data integration lacked some advanced features available in other CRMs. For example, while it allows you to send automated email sequences, it doesn’t automatically create contacts from emails or meetings. This meant I still had to manually enter some data, which was a bit time-consuming.
