The biggest growth opportunities
Over 54 percent of companies and entrepreneurs agree that the biggest opportunities for growth are savings in energy and raw materials. The second most frequently mentioned option, with a share of 47 percent, is expanding the company's focus. Over 44 percent of companies then see opportunities for further growth in new technologies, 43 percent in acquiring quality employees, and 38 percent in digitalizing processes.

Half of companies and entrepreneurs actively seek and apply innovations or often introduce small innovations. Another 27 percent innovate when circumstances, including customers or legislation, force them to do so. A tenth of respondents innovate in large leaps. "Almost 90% of companies are addressing the topic of innovation, whether on their own initiative or at the urging of clients and competitors. In the next six months, over two-fifths of companies plan to develop new products and services, optimize production, increase capacity or innovate products," adds Pavel Prokop.

" The topic of sustainability is not new, and although the parameters within the Czech and European space will certainly change, it is essential for entrepreneurs and companies to understand the issues and opportunities, and thereby increase their competitiveness. This will help them not only gain an overview of efficiency and reserves, but will also provide investors, customers and other stakeholders with clearer information about their relationship to the environment and carbon footprint. We are also actively supporting companies in this area," points out Pavel Prokop.
