Hidden content is not indexed

Important: Meta title & description
Meta titles and meta descriptions are very important components of every URL. Together with the URL, they create the so-called snippet, the search result in search engines. Your snippet is your calling card and must convince people to go to your page from the search results. The meta title is also a ranking factor. To make your search results as convincing as possible, you should optimize the meta title and description .

Meta keywords are ignoredand this has been the case poland cell phone number list since at least 2009! Search engines' language understanding has long been good enough to determine the topic and context of content. In the video, Matt Cutts states quite clearly: "We don't use the keyword meta tag for ranking... there's simply been too much spam with it. We don't use this information."

Google cannot see and therefore cannot index content that I hide (for example, behind tabs or accordions).
Icon Fact In most cases, Google can see such content. It depends on how the hidden content is technically implemented:
If the content is loaded and hidden using CSS , Google's crawlers can read and index the content .
If the content is only loaded after an interaction (e.g., click, tap, or swipe), Google's crawlers cannot read the content (it hasn't been loaded) and therefore cannot index it . After all, when crawling a page, Google doesn't click on every element to test whether unloaded content might be hidden behind it.
