By participating in job fairs, we have the opportunity to reach people who are just looking for their career path, want to change industries or expand their current experience, which perfectly matches our diverse needs. Face-to-face meetings are the best way to establish relationships and find the most promising candidates. At the booth, we present currently open roles and talk about the recruitment process and the nature of work in our company.
Talent Days: What kind of people/talents were you looking for at Talent Days? For what positions?
BNY Mellon: We are primarily looking for motivated people who want to learn and are able to communicate in English. At BNY Mellon, new talents can develop in broadly understood financial areas, including investments, operational departments, as well as IT and project management departments. By applying to us, you can expand your experience and competences - starting from internships, junior roles, through specialist and expert roles.
