As for the response time of the webcare on Twitter, MMC responds the fastest on average to messages (94 minutes), followed by Haga Hospital and Erasmus MC . It should be noted that these last figures also include messages published during the weekend or in the evening. An average of 94 minutes is therefore relatively fast, for example faster than NS which takes 97 minutes . The fastest responses were given by Rijnstate and Haga: both sent a response within a minute:
